AFTER PURCHASE

You will download a zipped folder.

  1. Click extract to get the files inside the zip. You need a program like WinRar or others to extract files.
    2. Use the proper file format with your cutting machine.
    3. Ungroup the file in Cricut software/Silhouette software/other to separate and change colors



How do I download my files?

After payment you will automatically be redirected to the download page where you can download the files. The files will also be auto sent to your email. WE INSIST you check your email spam/junk folder; at times the email ends up in that folder.

 

How do I unzip the zip file?

The files are inside a zipped folder. Once you have downloaded the zipped folder, you must unzip the folder to access the eight files inside the folder. On Windows and Mac this can be done by double clicking on the zipped folder, or on Windows, you can also right click on the folder and choose extract.
For Android phones, iPhone and iPad, you will need an app to do so. Unzip apps can be found on both the App Store and Google Play.

Do I require a license to sell?

You can print and sell the designs on physical products for both personal and commercial use. However, you should NOT resell the designs in their digital format. To do this you require to contact us to purchase a digital license

 

There was no SVG in the zip folder

All designs have an SVG file included. The svg sometimes adopts the icon of the browser installed on you PC. Just upload the SVG file with the browser icon to your software as you normally would, it should work just fine. You can also identify the SVG by the file name, which ends in .svg. If you get a challenge, please contact me and I’ll email it right over.

 

I did not receive the email with files

WE INSIST you check your email spam/junk folder; at times the email ends up in that folder

However if you mistakenly typed a wrong email during checkout contact us and we shall email the files to you. 

You can try buying a free SVG to test how this work. 

 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes. Just chat with us on Facebook and send us a sketch of the design you have in mind. Usually our charges do not go beyond 5 dollars.
